IEEE Women in Engineering Affinity Group (WiE); STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) is the largest international professional organization established to promote women's progress and highlight the sector. It draws attention to the problems women face in engineering and business life and the possible solutions of these problems. As IEEE METU NCC, we are breaking our neck to serve the mission of IEEE WiE and we have meetings with our members to explain that engineering does not include the concept of gender, we are joining and organizing projects with our other committees.
